I just wanted to put in my two cents about Epic’s customer care.

I bought a 14, 10, and 7 Screamer last year and loved the kites. But then about 4 months in the bladders started getting tiny pinholes. I emailed Dimitri, and right away he sent me new sets of bladders for all my kites.
4 more months of brand new bladders goes by with no problems, but then one day the same thing started to happen. I emailed Dimitri, and AGAIN he sent me an entire set of bladders for all kites at no cost.
5 or so months of good kiteboarding go by. But then 5 days ago my 14’s main bladder started leaking. At this point I really doubted my chances of getting more bladders, but I sent an email at like 10PM and Mr. D responded within 5hrs. at like 3:30AM and assured me that he was going to send me new bladders for the kites and said “That he was sorry for the bladder issues” He said the new sets coming are the same bladders that they use in 2011 kites.
I just think it is cool that after all the problems I had with bladders, Epic is still standing behind their brand. At this point most companies are trying to push their 2011 gear and could probably care less of my bladder issues, but Epic continues to help me with my 2010 gear. I give them 2 thumbs up!

Who said it was not windy in ST. BARTS :thumb:
The food is excellent and the kiting is also very nice. But make sure you don't kite near the St.Barts airport or don't follow the windsurfer who are crossing the airport buoys (see pictures).

The police was very nice and told me to stay between the buoys and "EDEN ROCK".

Man ,how can you kite close to the airport ????? the whole bay is strictly forbidden for kitesurfing.
You're lucky ,tourists like you received big fines already . Next time when you travel ask the locals where to go . The spot is called Grand Cul de Sac and there is a lagoon to launch and plenty space on two reefs ,waves and flat ,all you want .
You are talking to the cop with the kite at 11 and no space downwind for security on that tiny strip of beach, thats when accidents happen !!!!!!!!!!!
