I have a 2008 Crazyfly Bulldozer with Liquid force luxury comp straps and one of the screws keeps loosening up until it pops out. Could it be that the inserts are brass and the screws are stainless? I tried gorilla glue and epoxy and it still came out. Any advice?

go to a shop that sell screws , iron tools etc. Ask for a clue there that is ment for between a screw and the place where you put it ( sorry i know the greek word but dont know the english one). It is a blue little sticky thing you will be putting Add some drops on the hole , put the screw in. After 1 session it will all be over Risk here is that possible you will never unscrew it but will have to drill it out if needed. I have all my boards like this there is no chance for any screw to go out for a dive

Think I will get the locktite stuff. If that don't work, I'll try a wad of gum. Thanks for the advice everyone!!!!

Just carry a screw driver and retighten it every 15 minutes. Loktite is almost as wonderful as AquaSeal. Chemicals to the rescue...

Try Blue Loctite first. If that doesn't do it Red will for sure. A bit tough to loosen back up with Red, though.

Loctite is not your first solustion. I assume you are using the correct size screw with the correct thread pitch. First thing flush out the threads with some air and then water. I keep a 3oz syringe in my kit for this. Then if that get the screw all the way in you can clean out any other crap with a tap. Don't over do it with the tap or you could kill the insert. Try new screws maybe a bit longer. The end of the screw may have become striped. If that dosn't work and you tried both loc tights remove the insert and glass in a new one.

I have been going through screws like you won't believe, every time I have taken the pads of to try another type of pad strap set up I have has the ditch the screws, under scrutiny and reading glasses the first few threads on each and every screw go smooth and only after a few times out or more, the buggers are slightly bent, and the liquid force ones (black) were the most bent, luckily the dealer I use had lots of spare screw sets, but its certainly worth checking the threads when you need to take them out, I think it is best to never take them out, keep em tight in, less chance of a screwed up thread,

What might be happening here is that the bolt is too long!
If the bolt is too long, it tightens against the end of the insert, not against the thread... if it tightens against the thread it tightens against a much bigger surface area (the surface on the thread not the single point that touches the end of the insert)
Because you have LF pads on a Crazy Fly board, there is a chance that the bolts are too long!
You could try taking 1mm off the end of the bolt with a file (remember to put a nice chamfer / lead in on the end of the bolt afterwards.)
To check, put the bolt in the insert without the pads and check the clearance between the head of the bolt and the board... if this is greater then the thickness of the pads then the bolt will always come loose!
