Those reviews are for Phu Qui and not Phu Quoc. I was on Phu Quoc end of January 2009 and there was not a breath of wind, I'm not sure if it's ever kitable there. Very nice place to just be a tourist though.

How about Da Nang,Qui Nhon,Can Gio...,Vietnam still have abundant of undiscovered kite beaches that geographic' align with Mui Ne wind.If anybody have kited in those new spots, please share with the world, don't keep it to yourself as secret, chart it on kitebeaches.com.Your effort will be greatly appreciated.

Omg Phu Quy sounds unreal. Forget Phu Quoc. I only have a month left on my visa anyway, so Mui Ne and Phu Quoc is prbly too much to do. Been two months in Vietnam and still haven't unpacked my kitegear! :-? Lmk if you want to hook up in Mui Ne or Phu Quy. I'm traveling aloneā€¦

Thanks for all the info!!!
