I have booked a vacation at Sardegna. Location is a town called Alghero (Hotel Oasis).
I looks promising with regards to kiting I guess. Will be there from June 29th
Does anybody know if it is possible to rent kites in that area or I should bring my own? Only gonna be there about a week so rental would be fine if possible ?? In alghero or nearby?

Porto Botte in south west is very good with mistrol NW wind. There are two spots there. One is with flat water and second spot has a little chopp but the wind direction is side-on-shore so it's great for beginners. For more information about Porto Botte you can check this website

I just spent 11 days on Sardinia.
I drove a bit along the northern coast, stayed in San Teodoro.
From what I saw San Teodoro is the nicest place, and has the kitebeaches La Cinta and La Caletta.
Awesome places...and specially San Teodoro with La Cinta has the biggest beach and most amazing view.

I suggest staying at Hotel Onda Marina in San Teodoro, run by a kiter!
