Very cool to hear of a new product. How does the weight compare between tuff bladders and your standard airtime bladder? (not the orange, I know those are lighter but seem to have some other issues).

Is it possible that the orange bladders are made of plastic rather than vinyl? ... like those giant orange garbage bags used for yard cleanup? Might explain why you can't glue anything to them... just curious.
I'm being serious ... NOT... but could they be?

I have had the same problems with the orange bladders: pinhole leaks anywhere the oversized bladder is folded and I have had two valves come apart. I won't be buying any more of them.

same problem here.
you really need to feed the bladder through the zipper or it damages quite easily.
the transparent sekisui stickers i used to get with my kites will stick on the orange bladder.
i wonder why the orange bladders are so oversized.
i ordered a bladder for my 9 but the middle is as thick as a wipika classic 18m!

That is so they will fit a wider range of leading edges (as long as the LE is smaller than the bladder they will work). I used one on a 16 meter and I guess I did not get the inflate valve in the correct spot. When I started to get the LE tight with air it would pull the valve into the LE inside. I am not certain if it was the bladder being to large or the valve in the wrong spot; however, I folded some of the bladder and taped it down and that solved the problem.
Bladder has worked well for me and no problems with the stick on valves.

I'm guessing these orange bladders are dead in the water, no?
I have not heard of a single major kite company using them or seen them in kite shops. In fact, the only place I hear about them is here. Sounds like the benefits they promised, don't outweigh the durability of our old stretchy bladders.
I kind of hoped this wouldn't be the case, but I think it's time for Orange, rev 2.

I agree they are terrible. I doubt anyone has been compensated for the extra expense and trouble caused by this bright idea.

Agreed with all the above. I stopped importing Orange Bladders from airtime because of too many problems with no advantages. I highly recommend to stay away from that product.
