Where is the new chicken loop??? I want to see it.

Easy grass hopper!!!!
We should have the final prototypes ready by the end of this month and should have also the new bar ready that will come with the new EPIC CL. Once I get the final prototypes of the Chicken Loop and the bar, I will do few more test and then will be ready for the production.

We had 3 days of good head plus surf. Surf was nice and groomed in the morning and then the wind would come on in the afternoons. Took out the double kayak for one last fun session of waist high rollers with a friend the 4th or 5th day.

It's been like that for us the last month or so. Can't complain!

Next time Mr. ox, use a kite with your kayak.
How much wind was there while you were on the kayak? Because the INFINITY v1 or v2 could of been a good idea on the REEF surf board since the waves were very nice.

These are more pictures of the demo we did today here in AVON, North Carolina. USA at "KitePoint".

P.S. It is incredible to see the expression of the kiters after demoing the EPIC kites. This is what makes me and my wife wanting to make things even better then what we have.

Over the winter I purchased a 7m Epic Renegade from John at Windbone Kiteboarding. For several months I did not get a chance to use it and then in late March I took it on vacation to Cabarete. The first day my wife and I used the kite we had a problem with the kite that required a part and service. We were of course disappointed. We knew not much could be done while out of the country, but decided to email the dealer about the problem.

Within 10 minutes John had contacted Epic Kiteboarding and Dimitri was actively involved. He reassured us that the kite would be serviced or replaced promptly and made us feel really good. It felt great to have a company respond so swiftly and show such a passion for service. Dimitri even offered to send us a kite to Cabarete. Fortunately we had a few kites on us so it really was not necessary, but an incredibly generous offer anyway.

When we returned home we sent the kite to Dimitri at Epic Kiteboarding. He serviced and tested it. Sent it back with some bonus parts and even provided us with a personalized video to show that everything was functioning well.

Both Windbone Kiteboarding and Epic Kiteboarding both proved to have really impressive customer service. I think both companies are led by people who have true passion for what they do and it clearly shows.

Since then I have actually gotten to ride the kite and I have to say it is incredible. No bar pressure, absorbs gusts like a champ and turns on a dime.

I would definitely encourage anyone looking into new kites and wants to support a company that truly cares about its customers to check out Epic Kiteboarding. I am definitely now a loyal customer.

I've seen this kind of thing first hand, and the level of service is something really special. I had a minor bladder problem when I was away from home and they sent me a bladder set over night to a post office general delivery. I didn't even miss a day on the water! There is no customer service number, there is operator or automated phone system. When you call you get the real deal. Dimitri started this to provide amazing kites and even more impressive customer service. From what I can tell, he is more than accomplishing those goals. Way to go Epic!
