Hello guys, Just wanted to ask for your opinion about the new EPIC 3G "II". We are coming out with the new 3G ( II) kites and wanted to ask if you rather have me start a new " EPIC KITES 3G II" topic or keep it under this topic? Also the new 3G II kites will be the same design then the 3G ones, the only difference will be the new " EPIC" font on the kites which makes the kite look different. You can always email me at: dimitri@epickites.com or message me if you want to keep it private. Thank you for your time and help.

I reckon may as well keep it here! Sick review in the latest Kiteworld mag of the Infinty, had a few awesome sessions last week on the Infinty with the 5'7 Fish while everyone else was on the beach.

I like the new brand and I've heard great things about your kites. I might be trying them out in the next year. But two things I have to get over.
The URL on the kite. I think you can guarantee that anyone seeing a North, Naish, Slingshot, Epic name on a kite and is interested in looking up your company will be able to find it with a easy Bing or Google search.
Also why put "Kiteboarding" on a kite? It's like having a car that says Chevy Automobiles or a motorcycle that says Honda Motorcycles instead of just Honda. I mean it's a kite, it's a good guess it was made by a kiteboarding company. I understand why you might have it on ad banners or posters etc, but not on the kite itself.
I think in future production if you choose to lose the URL and "Kiteboarding" it would express confidence. The less words on a kite the better it looks to me. My 2 cents.
I hope in your continued success.

The reason we are putting the www.epickites on the kites is so people that have no idea about kiting and see the EPIC kite in the air can go and check it on the internet. Believe me I get a lot of people on the beach asking what sport is this or where can they find more info about the company or the kite. So this is the reason why we are putting as much info on the kites so people can find it easily. Again most of these people asking are non kiter related, but might be soon after they learn more about kiting. Once again thank you for taking the time and will have this in mind. P.S. Oh by the way this is Cameron Maramenides showing off on his RENEGADE 7 (3G II) and JUNIOR PRO BOARD while doing a demo in Waves at the KITTY HAWK KITES store.

Looks like Cameron has come a long way . So how long do you think before he surpasses you Dimitri. BTW, a friend of mine can't stop talking about his Infinity kite. He loves that thing man. Funny thing is, I let him demo that white proto-type u sent quite some time ago and he never said a thing to me when he gave it back.

I really appreciate the demos Dimitri! I don't think any other company makes it so easy to try out their kites.
The kites weren't my cup of tea, but I really appreciated the chance to try them out.

You are welcome Mr. davesails7, As you know, we can't make every body happy but I will say that most of the people that had the chance to try them were very impressed and decided to buy them or put them on their wish list. Can you tell me what models of EPIC kites you tried and the conditions. Because I would hate to take the INFINITY in 20 knots or the RENEGADE 5 in 15 knots.

I think that would just get everybody in an uproar cause there was another epic thread on kiteforum. Just my opinion though.... P.S. Hey Dimitri, do you have the New Chicken Loop conversion kits for the new bars yet?
