Wainman Boss 2.0 compared to previous model

Postby murph68 » Sun Oct 14, 2012 11:01 am

Thinking of upgrading, can anyone compare the two? Much of a difference in performance, jumping, upwind?

Cheers Murph.

Rode them side by side couple of months ago. First thing i noticed was way improved hangtime and lift. Don't know about upwind, for me they all go upwind :) Other than that, it works as nice as the first gen.
Huge improvement on the bar as well. One of the best bars out there ;)

Cheers mc8! Just as I thought nobody loved me! Anyone else? Have the 2010 Smoke and Boss, just got the 2012 Smoke which i am heading out for a session on today, but always found the Boss didn't go upwind very well?

Maybe you should try different settings ( you have upwind bridle option ), but i had no problems on a 5km upwinder ( although downwind was more fun :) )
