Barbados self catering accommodation for Dec-Jan?

Postby mr moon » Sun Nov 06, 2011 3:23 pm

Hi everyone, ...going to Barbados in Dec-Jan for 3 weeks and looking for a self catering accommodation like a flat or bungalow to rent around Silver Rock / Sands (main kites spot) ideally a double bedroom for two people, quiet but SAFE and with wi-fi internet.
Any clues or recommendations?
Many thanks!
Aloha

Try Mark Batson. He is a local that has been taking care of surfers, windsurfers and now kiters for over 20 years.

Inchcape is also very nice.

Yeah know about inchcape... has got amazing reviews, only problem is that is situated on silver sands which is not as convenient as silver rock for kiting, but I'll keep it as an option.

Mark is 100% Bajan but his wife is Italian so the site was first designed for that market.

Mark has good setups all over the south coast.

Inchcape is only a few minute walk upwind to launch at the main kite beach (or a few good tacks.) Then just downwind and land at Silver Sands. You have a perfect view of all the action from Inchcape.

Yeah spoken to them.. despite the recession times it's all pretty booked up already!
