what s the main diference? more funny 14,5?

Get the 14.5, big difference...The kite is much easier to fly upwind, leading edge is thinner, much faster, power difference is very minor and wing tips have a much more pronounced cutback on it. And the new bar is sick!

i have the 15...is there really be that much difference in .5m...i thought the thick LI and the 3 struts were good for a light wind kite as i have no trouble going up wind on a 137 board.. does the new 14.5 have the same bridle adjustments with regards to upwind/downwind settings, i didnt like it too much and left it set to normal.
have tried the new bar though and its pretty cool.

what happen with wainman company? they are too slow . for all.
why allowed to escape a very very good proriders as for example Eric Rienstra (now Slindshot) or Shawn Richman (now RRD)? poor company?

For me, weighing 135lbs, it was hard on my back when I got lit up on Big Momma. However, it seems like the 14.5 is much more manageable.

Yes, a light weight kite is really good in all aspects. I think they made the leading edges big on the 1.0s for structural integrity and allowing the kite to fly deeper in the window. Most of the 2.0 seem to have a thinner LE which are now reinforced internally and the bridles moved around very slightly.


Yes, the bridles and settings are the same. I too, keep my setting in the middle (stock). IMO, it's the best all around and Lou thinks the same.

I've been really busy with the holidays but I will post up pictures of the 1.0s and 2.0s soon.

WH is a small company, however, that doesn't mean their gear is sub-par or they are poor.

If you haven't noticed by now, WH is a different company. They don't follow the moving herd, they make their own decision and break dance to a different beat. Like them or not, it would be hard to say they make junk gear.

what can you explain of your 14,5? do you like it? better than 15m 2011?
with my smoke2011 my low end with it is 12 knots, but I think that rabbits 1.0 are more powerful that 2.0
do you recomended boss 2012 for 9-13 knots? or better 14,5m?
