I just want to rant out of my bad experience with this shop.

I placed an order and paid for my kite set 1.5 months ago and after calling them several times and get promises to send me an email with the courier tracker number they finally they decided to make an excuse..

When i placed the order it was obviously from the list of kites and bars they emailed to me which i assumed they have stocks. After sending the money, in less then 24 hours they send me an email confirmation and an invoice.. I called right after to ask them to email me the courier tracker number.. That call was followed by 3-4 more call as I didnt get feedback from them and finally found out they're out of stock! :evil:

I can also buy these kites from a local distributor but since this shop was highly recommended by a friend of mine ( flysurfer) i trust that service is good and based in Europe.

Now we're about to start good season here in China, I don't have my kite yet and my money sleeps at this shops' bank account.. They should learn from Taobao.com where the transactions are not flawless but they act fast when something's gone wrong..

After several more phone calls, I finally received the email below, but trust is lost..

Hello XXX,

I´m really sorry for the inconvenience.

Our shipping department has stopped the shipping process, as Rainer noticed on the parcel that they should wait until the bar is here.
Unfortunally Rainer is badly injured and not in the shop for some time now, and did not inform anyone about the whole case.
We have contacted our dealer once again, he told me that your bar will arrive this week, so if we´ll wait those 3 days and send it by air freight, you should get it within the next week.


I am really sorry about the whole delay and that it didn´t go as smooth as it should have. We always strive to satisfy our customers to the best we can.

Support your local Shop ? well no one retail Naish in China seems a bit hard then !

Thanks Toby.

Most distributors are based in HK and they just put up shop thru Taobao.com, largest online shopping website here in China.

Problem is leadtime is much slower, thats why I choose Germany (Europe) based shop like windsurf.

Anyway, im just waiting and pray they ship out soon.

I think after day five I would have called my credit card company regarding the fraudulent charges. It's kind of your fault it's been 45 days and you still don't have a kite.
