Would air move faster through the Hose if the hose was Square? Maybe a 2-4 Mph Gradient PSI!!!

you guys are so funny.

but i have to say i have a bike "track" pump thats is canted on a slight angle and the base foot pegs are in a V shape.

Its alot more comfortable to use than cheesy kitepumps.

Only just clicked on this now, was avoiding it as it did seem a strange question...

Pump innovation, electric pumps etc etc...as absurd as the question seems on the surface...and it is, it has generated some more discussion.

Hence, we still have not sorted this aspect of the sport...the market is still searching.

Totally agree that these basic pumps are old fashioned. What about electronics coming into play. I know we have the Bravo etc but we shoul have a low cost option run on battery, small then who gives a damm about the base.

I finally used a Manual pump as one of mY new kites takes an adapter on hose to pump it. Have not had a chance to McGyver it to work on electric pump.

The Flat base is ingenious!! So many uses. Good for cracking Postacios!
