how long is a peice of string?

half twice its length!.
or twice half its length!.

stupidest question in the kite world.

"Honey can i buy a new kite?"
answer "no!"

What the? seek forgiveness rather than asking permission and being denied.

"Honey look at the my new kite.... oooh its greeen" "what's that? I can't understand your words over all this screaming..... here i bought you some flowers!"

Sorry Ned; you've lost the lead.

New classification:

1. How well would a single skin foil fly? :winner2:

2. Is kitesurfing really addictive?

3. Why are pump bases flat?

Round pistons is no 4 now. Full classification to be published soon.

In the light of recent entries, we the judges, are discussing whether feigned stupidity qualifies to enter the competition.

Had you asked "What does feign mean?" instead of looking up, you would have consolidated your lead. :jump:

"How well would a single skin foil fly" is not a silly question, but how well would a single skin foil relaunch would be.

And, is there such a thing as stupid, or is there just ignorance?
Personally, I believe in stupid. I has seen stupid. I have looked it in the eye. It is real, and no, I wasn't looking in a mirror.

So, what it the stupidest thread on kiteforum? (I think I know!)

After this thread has run its course, you could start another one, entitled: Most intelligent questions on Kiteforum.

Why do dogs bark at cars?
Why do little boys kick tin cans?
Why does grass have pointed ends?
Why is water wet?
What is the answer to the Ultimate Question?

Shakespeare himself wrote, "There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in your philosophy." (Hamlet, Act One, Scene 5)
