Thank you And i'll suggest a North Rebel 12M 2012 or 2011 Most kites today are good and the choice will depends on the type of riding you do. You seemed all over the place with the choice of board and the size of the kite. I suggest you take a lesson from a qualified instructor and get his input on the best gear for you. This is your 3rd post on KF and you are getting all sorts of answers. It will just confuse you more and more as each of us has learned with different equipment. If not yet done GO GET A LESSON and you will be able to make your own decisions.

Assuming that you've already had lessons - focus on choosing the kite. If anyone's selling gear locally, consider what's on offer in your area - it's worth paying a little bit of a premium to get some after-sales support. You might also get some advice more tailored to your local conditions - particularly with regard to size.
In terms of brand and model, all of the suggestions so far have been good. I'd suggest looking at the OR Rise, but to be honest, that's because it's a well-constructed, well-behaved kite, and it's what I've got (I believe that there are some good deals on 2011 kites at the moment, which might be worth a look).
If you can, borrow a large board (or pick up a second hand one), and use that until you've got a feel for what it is you really want. If you don't have any feel for the performance of the board that you're looking for, the likelihood is that your choice will be determined more by the graphics than the board underneath them.

there's lots of second had stuff out there for cheap. much of it will be in good shape. for boards, think SLINGSHOT GLIDE. that has been my go to light wind board forever. i still have mine but i don't use it since geting a MAKO KING i'm 200 pounds so much heavier than you. the glide will never be too big for you. you may buy smaller boards as you progress, but the mako king will get used every session!

Yay! Another woman kiteboarder!!! I had to reply since I went through a similar situation last year when I took up the sport and I the same weight. Note that I've only been kiting for a year so I am far from experienced but thought I'd share what I learned and what works for me.
I initially started learning on my BF's enormous Spleene Door (159x45), it really facilitated my learning in light winds. It was far easier for me to get up and get going on the big board with a big kite when the wind was light. As I got better, I started using his board that's around 145 I think but I did get out on the Door last weekend when the wind was around 12 knots. I also really like flying the 13m kite in light winds too as it's nice and grunty.
Eventually I wound up getting two boards for myself, a Slingshot SX 131 and a Liquid Force Bliss 135. I am sure I'll get more use out of the 135 for a while since I am still not comfortable kiting in high winds. For me, at this point, my 135 is great starting around 18-20knots and I'll throw up my 11m kite then. I did ride my 131 board on a 14m kite in 16-18 knots winds though and it worked great.
I am fortunate that I can borrow my BF's boards if I need something bigger but if I didn't have that option I'd get a board in the 140's for sure. My 131 probably won't see tons of action until my skills improve more.
It took a lot of trial and error to figure out what worked. I had a lot of issues with my stance initially too and the right harness eventually remedied that for me. I finally got a Dakine Starlet and it made all the difference....I LOVE that harness.
Anyway hope this helps and happy kiting!!!! Where are you located BTW?

It may help us recomend the proper gear if you posted a picture of yourself in your kiting attire (possibly bikini?)
