Hi, I'm planning a week in Mui Ne from April 25 to May 1st.
I know it may be quite off season but I also read some good report.
Anybody can confirm?
Or else better to come nex winter?

You will be very lucky to catch some wind in late April. Maybe 30% chance for 12m kite.
