The Gulf is the warmest it's bin ---ON RECORD--- !!

Could indicate the use of WAY smaller kites this year, even at Mohave
in summer we get our weather generated from the Gulf, at times.

Wind strength and gulf warmth is a direct coefficient of a kiter's blood pressure and early morning attitude. As evidenced by the recent upturnings in Toby's reunification of deceased kiteforum demigods. Check with fokitten for verification.......

And exactly WHAT does that have to do with this Topic ?

The warmth of the water in the Gulf of Mexico, basically can and has determined
the number And intensity for tornadoes through-out the Mid-West USA.

People DIED last year because of this same scenario ; and the water is even Warmer
this-year indicating that even More people could loose there life.
AND
This heart-less dude named --chemosavi-- is making a joke about it, for no other reason
than he lives on Orcas Island, South of Vancouver -- which will be unaffected by the Warm Gulf Temperatures.

Mr Billie,

Be advised:

The spot gets its butter winds from thermals...

It's going to be hot and that's all it's going to take,

no need to be waving the Red Flag...or inciting a panic.

Never panic, and you

be careful out there, don't you go trusting them squalls... and special circumstance--lighting should be avoided at all costs...

I was incorrect about the Gulf of Mexico influencing our weather in July and August
near Vegas.
That weather is powered by the Gulf of California, or ( the Sea of Cortez)

It marks the "monsoon season", when moist winds from the Gulf of California soak much of the Southwestern United States. While not only raising humidity levels, these winds develop into dramatic desert thunderstorms that can sometimes cause flash flooding.
Under Climate :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Las_Vegas_Valley

However the Gulf of Mexico will produce Warm winds that collide with cooler air
from Canada ; this is partially responsible for the Mid-west tornadoes .

I Won't care about ANY of this tomorrow, Mohave is gonna Blow !!!

Some of Ya are saying you don't care about it Now --- but the Mid-West will this
summer if the gulf doesn't cool down a bit.

Does a warmer Gulf water temp also relate to incidence and severity of hurricanes in the Gulf?

Of course, adding more energy (heat) to the system is going to effect your bottom (pun accepted) line..

All this debate about climate change has now been rendered moot, just look around...

time to start living life like it's not forever...

It's a good thing really, if you think about it...

What is life? tis not hereafter, present mirth hath present laughter...

(a modified quote from Billie Shakespeare---no relation whatsoever to current KF posters)

rock-on, while you still can is what to do about it

Without doing Any research on the subject of your question ; i understood
that the Hurricanes that affect the USA are actually started off the west coast
of Africa & then head East.

There is only a Slight chance that a Hurricane will actually tract into the Gulf of Mexico;
BUT
if it Does hit the Gulf of Mexico, it's the warmth of the water in the Gulf, that can determine it's
strength, (the warmer the water, the stronger the Hurricane).

But here is the deal :
They are saying that the Gulf of Mexico is the Warmest it has bin On Record !!

How long have the records bin Kept , is kinda insignificant to the past longevity
of our planet ; the earth has ALWAYS gone through cycles, so this topic has nothing
to do with the current theory of Global Warming.
