Hey Guys,

I'd like to get a sailing license that would allow me to bareboat in the Med (Croatia, Spain, Greece).

Here's the problem. I'm American but based in India. I never go back to the US.

Is there a country in or around europe where I could relatively quickly go to do a course and get a license in say around a week? Or is that just not realistic?

I've been sailing since I was a kid, but never having been the "skipper." I'm not trying to do any serious sailing. Just some pleasure cruising.

I'm thinking an ICC is the way to go?
