I bought a kite from Konstantinos Velaoras and he said it is in perfect condition and when I received the kite I had a bed surprise...The kite had the zipper from the leading edge broken and holes in the conopy.Also he ask me more money for the paypal tax that normally they charge and he didn t return me back the money or replay my emails.
So be careful with this guy!

You can try to dispute the charges on Paypal. Make sure to take pics of the damage and attach them to the claim.

Also, I know some credit card companies insure you on your purchases, if you even paid $1 of the tax or purchase on a card, the bank might cover you for the whole purchase price.

What would be cool is to have something like a classifieds that's integrated into Facebook, so you could better know who you're buying from. It would probably even help with seller responsibility, less spam scammers, and all that stuff.

Man, that would be sweet.

I bet that Jerry Google guy could do something like that, he's one smart dude....
