Broke both my heels on a bad launch at my home break. Got dragged into a big rock on the beach.
Kinda tough crawling on hands and knees for six weeks till I could get on crutches. Still have 4 six inch screws thru my left heel. Sometimes the screw heads poke out from the inside when I ride alot.

Gotta say, that is the worst looking knee I've ever seen!!!!
