investigating if I should buy this board to replace my Spleene DOOR 159x45 which I sold lately.

I am not looking for a pure race board, but just a unidirectional that will give me good low end and upwind in marginal light wind (8 to 10 knots), with my 19m kite. I am 190 lbs.

So can I expect better low end or equivalent as to a Monster DOOR for example with this board, or I need to go something bigger like the airush sector V3 60cm or 66cm knowing that dimensions of this Cab Transport are smaller.

Nor interested at all in a true race board. Interested by the Transport as it is already available while the sector V3 will be more difficult for me to get.

So will the transport do the job ??

Hi Denis.
I am also trying to get my hands on one, and what I have gleaned from videos and hype is that the board is an easy cruiser built for relaxed flat water riding. A good compromise if you want to ride comfortably for longer distances like discovery trips and day long rides.

I have little time on the Transport myself but it was at the low end. I had a choice of a bunch of different kites to demo, boards too. I was having to walk back upwind with the tt's I had available, although none were really that large. I was able to get my hands on the Transport and riding upwind was now an easy thing. I weighed around 190 lbs. at the time, which was in fairly calm water. I wish I could have tried it in some bigger chop as the pounding of directionals bothers me since I shifted to tt long ago. I hit what chop I could find and found it pounded less than I expected which was a nice surprise, something about the bamboo core. I plan to get one myself for waves, lighter days and who knows, maybe even some racing.

yes I know, this is why I posted this topic. LMR has it for sale. I bought a flysurfer speed3 19m deluxe from him 2 years ago and you can buy with confidence from him. he still has it for sale.

I think I will pass my turn on this transport. I am sure it'd be a fun ride, but may be the low end will be better with the sector V2 60cm, and I can have a deal on this too from a local dealer. still thinking...

thank for all info
