Problem with my Xensr

Hi Everyone,

Got a Xensr a couple of weeks ago after having used a Woo for a number of months and I'm loving it so far...

However, I seem to be having an issue where the Xensr works as it should, except when I try to turn it off... it doesn't... It turns all lights on and stays there until the battery runs out. While it's stuck nothing works, no bluetooth, no sensing, no USB, nothing...

Has anyone experienced the same thing?

I raised a support ticket but I'm still waiting for a response...

Why are these type of devices so un-stable... the Woo had its issues as well... sure these things can be made more reliable?

yup mine did that......now it wont charge....its dead.......same got ticket in


my woo has been perfect since the new holder.....

Version 1 of any hardware product will have problems.

Same here... I have to recognise the response was quick.

Still no solution, but we are moving in the right direvtion...

At least you are in Canada... but I'm in Australia, so hope they don't make me send mine in...
