How to tell what year your kite is?

How can i tell what year my kite is?

I have read the manual front to back and it does not state the year. Aside from rolling the kite out and finding the serial number on it (is there one?) I was thinking there might be an easier way to determine the year?

Its a Naish Aero 2 Brand new never used

Google it.. It's about 10 years old.

Brand and model then go to google images and start looking! Spot it and surely by pressing the picture you will get some info from a site

You cut a cross-sectional piece through one of the ribs and count the number of rings...

If it's an Aero 2, it's probably 2004? or so?

2003 Lemme post something pretty useful. I Found i dk if alot of people know about it BUT

Run into the problem naish dosnt seem to go above 2008 in reviews but i found my kite 2003 only year Aero 2 was made
