As part of the Nantucket Race Week the second annual NRW Open Kiteboard and Windsurf Regatta will be held August 12 2012.

Right now the forecast looks good. If we get solid wind we will do a freestyle expression session after the races. We will be launching from Bass Point and if we hit good wind and tide it could be an awesome race and classic butter conditions for the expression session.

This is part of the Nantucket Race Week and registration is limited to 25 participants.

I'll be out there working but won't have my gear

It must have been great, I was stuck working (yacht capt) out with guest looking up at the point with the sunny blue sky filled with kites blowing 20+, killing me that I couldn't join you all.
