Hi, I change my old b3 for new b5 (8, 11m2) Black color . Nice kites, nice graphic but.....
after 6-7 times of use on both the golden color is going down. So the kites looks like they are few seasons used . I kite only on my local spot with grass on beach, so no sand or sun couldnt damage them.
Does any one of you have the same problems?

I have a 9m B5, I got it late september 2011, It has been my main kite since then.
The gold graphics are still as good as the day I got it.

Maybe ask your kiteshop for warranty etc?

I have a full set of bandit V kites, only one black gold 8 mtr, stunning looker!
Used that kite 3 times for around 9 hours in total, had to dry it on my washing line yesterday so I got up eye to eye with it, I was looking not to closely at the gold colour and thinking great colour and then shock, it appears that half the gold lettering graphics is sort of disappearing, degrading, hard to describe really as it looks like a lot of the shinny light reflecting gold bits have gone all very dull or bleached out, strange.
So I can see this kite looking rather naff very quickly, I am speaking to my dealer this week so will ask for help to resolve this problem, all my other kites are fine, I have most of the colours apart from the ones with white as the main colour.
