I keep seeing posts about cabrinha customer service being great, I was wondering what the best way to contact them is? I sent them an email via their website 2 or 3 weeks ago regarding one of my 2012 bars and have not gotten any response. Is there another way to get a hold of them?

any reason you didn't contact your dealer or one of the larger dealers in Jupiter or Miami?

Service is initially offered at the dealer, so try them first. Whatever your dealer can't help with, they will likely run up the ladder to your rep and so on. You have one of the best sales reps in the world that works Boca and certainly can help you out.

You can contact the brand directly via their website www.cabrinhakites.com, but that usually circles back around to the distributor and dealer. Feel free to PM me with something specific.
