Help with my second kite!

I'm an intermediate rider looking to improve my freestyle. I weigh 67Kg and currently own a 9m North evo 2008.

at the moment im looking to either buy a second hand North Rebel or a 2011 North Fuse but I have no idea which size to go for on either? I was thinking 11,12 or 13 M. (my sister is getting a 7m bandit dos that I can borrow, so i dont need a smaller kite)

Any advise at all would be great!

12 or 13 would be fine, 11 would be a waste, will have a lot of overlap with the 9. rebels have a huge range

+1.
11/9 is too much overlap. New kites have so much range. Not like in the old days.
