10.5m Wainman Hawaii Punch. Though I do have an old ripped Flysurfer Speed II 15m in storage somewhere that I should probably take the time to repair, for those really lightwind days. It's been a couple of years since I had that Speed II out, but I remember that it's not a bad kite for really marginal conditions.

Epic Renegade 13M.
Great lightwind kite, lots of bottom end, turns really fast and jumps are super floaty.

Great topic Bille :D

Large kites are a specialty of mine

At this time summer is here 90 degrees/ 32C air temp + high humidity

My ocean wave riding is on the 2012 Core XR2 LW Riot 19M (i'm 165lbs/75Kg)
Don't be concerned with this big a kite...it turns on a dime..loops supaez...fast to pump..it's all good

No matter the wind direction starting at 8knots..onshore..side on..side side on...side..side side off..
My wife joins me in same wind on her biggest kite same model but 17M (she's 110lbs/50kg)

Power is always your best ally in LW especially with a fast turning high depower kite like that
You can ride waves with confidence....even down the line (DTL) in as low as 10 knots of wind
Some may want to dispute that it cannot be done with large kite....but i do it very well all the time

In any case last night session on that kite the wind picked up while out to 18 knots for 20 minutes
Had no problem managing the wind (it has a lot of depower)..no need to come in
Wind did manage to go down to 11 knots by session end (i was still very nicely powered)

My point: this kite's range (10 knots) is amazing to me ......8 to 18 equals great hot summer kite

Winter wind range 60 degrees /15C air temp +low humidity 7 to 15 knots

I go from this large kite size directly down to a 12 Rebel all the time and i have no gap

These 2 kites overlap very nicely using of my strapped surfboards directionals

12m is my largest and is really the smallest kite we ride around here, except in november and once or twice a month we get to ride 9s. I kind of want to get a 21m speed 3 but don't have $3k lying around

Flysurfer Speed3 21m is my LW kite but i also ride a Core XR2 19m, Epic Infinity or Cabrinha Crossbow 16m LW (from our school kites) from time to time. They all have something that I like 8) and that I don't :x

17m Turbine & I since I got it it's getting more use than my 9 or 12m kites. Some of the guys at my local spot are starting to consider getting one cuz they are getting tired of watching me kite when they're on the beach!
