Hi would a good clear lacquer help get the colour back???????
because when i wet it colour comes back.

Yes.
Use polyurethane.
Buy 2 or 3 cans.
Practice with the first one on something similar.
Go nice and slow, but not so slow that you get runs and drips....
Or --just ride your board as is and look at something else.
A shiny board is nice, but pretty is as pretty does

But if ihad to choose from polyurethane or lacquer wich is better for fiberglass and foam? for this board and i have another carbon board should i use poly for both? and does it leave it nice and shiny like when its wet??

Just accept its new "customized" look ? Or get an air brush artist to put a cool design on it and make it more than all black?

from the pic, its hard to tell if the black has been sanded off or just scuffed up from sanding.

if the dull looking area are still black they can be buffed/polished back to original.

any area that is white will remain white.

this looks like its about to be a new learning experience for you.
so you may as well practice on the worst areas.

depending on the grit sandpaper you used to get where you are now:
use progressively finer grits (US grit , not FEPA grit ) sandpaper
400
600
800
1000 grit if you can find it

use water for all sanding.
when you get done with highest grit ....
put some rubbibg compound on a buffing wheel and keep going.

once you like the looks / shine.

sand all the white areas with 400 grit
sand all the black areas with 400 grit
paint the whole thing and start over.

if i put some polyurethane gloss would it look the same like if i put vaseline all over and could i tell if the paint is gone or scuffed by sanding because if i put vaseline it looks like a million dollar board same way when its wet
