Not all is updated yet but it seems the surfboards come in two constructions in 2013. And they don´t have Fastrack anymore (very pleased to see). There seem to be no new shapes. Somehow I had hoped for some kind of Rebstock-signature model. But maybe it´s too early to say it doesn´t come.

About the Rally, in a print ad it says "The completely new crossover Rally".

Any feedback from someone who has ridden the 2013 Rally? Looks like they may have fixed the stability problems when at the upper wind ranges.

Does anyone know when the 2013 Rally will be ready for sale in North America?

I also want to hear more on the 2013 changes, and how this year's model flies compared to the 2012.

I have three 2012 Rallys - an 8, 12 and 14. I love these kites and am so pumed for the 2013!!!

Ahhh, finally some 2013 news! Cool. Thanks for sharing those pictures here, because when i go to the SS German website i can't see them.

I actually like the fast track on my Dialer. It didn't make it much easier to put straps on and off, but I liked that I was not locked into pre-set positions.

I wonder what the two different surf board styles are for? Is one lighter than the other? In 2012 I think the non-bamboo boards were strapless only.

Not sure why they added 2 more struts to the Rally. I can't read German so I only know what I see in the pictures. I haven't seen the instability in my 2012s that I saw on the 2011s, but I also didn't see any obvious design change from '11 to '12. Would squeezing in another strut at the tip make a difference in that part of the LE being able to bend?

I love my 10 and 14 Rally but always found the 6 to be too fast and fly too forward....I hope they slowed down the 4/6/7/8 kites to fly closer to how the 10 performs (which is perfect!)

How do you like your 2012 14M Rally? I have held back getting a Rally because I have seen posts where the 2012 still has some instability issues. I used to have a Rev and it used to "Taco" in high winds. The 2013 looks rock solid with the extra struts and it looks like they may have added a couple of battons? I have still not test ridden one. I am 195 lbs and looking for an all around boosting and riding in the surf kite. I woud like a 12M or 14M (whichever will be good in 13 knot to 20 knot winds). I have a 10 and 8 switch which are my higher wind kites. Is the 14 nimble?? Is the 12M too close to a 10M switch?
