For anyone who has bought a used bar, or has been riding there kite bar for a number of sessions, here is a medium length video illustrating how to tune a 4 line control bar:
Also, should go through this stretching process when first get a bar - setup as in video and stretch all lines to even - then much less additional stretching after use.
Does the technique differ any for a 5 line bar kite like the Naish Torch? I guess the main 4 lines should all be the same length, but what about the 5th line?

good question , was wondering this for my 5 line north rebel
don't know about the Naish but on the Rebel all 5 lines need to be the same length if the nose line on the kite is the correct length(it should have a small tag on it with the right kite size)
what are knots in the lines for? I have the f one bar and it has 3 knots on the front line and 5 knots on the steering lines . Do you use the knots instead of stretchingthe lines ????????

to change AOA. similar idea to depower strap or releasing-pulling the bar. you can gain extra high-end with lengtening steering lines or shortening front line.
