I just responded to an add on this site for a 2nd hand board for sale... here's what the add said:

Sorry for delay work is crazy (would much rather be kiting and I think
I am going to blow Friday off since a front is coming in - going to be
a crazy NW wind Friday and Saturday!)

Board has not been used. When Jo got it for me I stood on it/in it
many times in the grass at the cottage (dreaming how I was gonna JUMP
TO THE MOON!!! - lol) But Jo's a Florida boy and he's been surfing
since he was a kid and he just kept pushing me to use his surfboards
and skims and I really fell in love with using his 7'2" T&C (which I
still use, Jo uses a 6 footer and a 5 footer with straps when the
waves get chest high). The board does not have a scratch on it - looks
more like art than a kiteboard - lol - that xxxxx guy builds beautiful
boards

But I am surprised it is that old, since it was new we never asked the
sales guy what year it was

I'm not the sharpest pencil in box by any stretch but that's pretty wacked...

What's wrong with the truth anyways.... it's worked for years.

I'm not trying to pick on anyone and I'm not that comfortable posting this but it's just that I'm finding adds getting just a little out of control... you can't believe the add descriptions anymore.
