hi lads, I wonder what size of Mulcoy should I choose 6'0 or 5'11. My weight is 75kg and I am a beginner. I'm looking as much surf feeling as possible, always riding strapless, small and medium waves with cross and crooss-on wind.

I am 83kg and the 5'10 is fine. it is a high performance board, so bit confused at your "beginner" comment. It is a fantastic board, but you will need a certain skill level to get the most out of it.
It is very light, fast and manoeuverable, careful how you jump it or you will break it.

by writing a beginner I mean I had 5 maybe 7 strapless sessions on my wainman surf Length: 5'9"
Width: 17.75” Even being on the wave I still have to use a kite to ride, and this is not what I looking for
