A Fading in my kite color..

I bought a new kite but 2012..
and i saw a green points on the canvas and kite color is green.. I think this is fade..
Some one know if its affecting on the kite ?
Should i evacuate to my kite seller ?

some color bleed is perfectly normal. I would not worry about it
