Buy the Nugget. If u don't like it, I can assure you it won't be hard to Unload. They are hard to come by!! Yes I have one.

14Toeside- I think you weigh very nearly the same as Kamikuza.
Please tell him everything about that Nugget...he is dying to hear it from somebody his size.
I thought the Nugget would be too small for him and thought the Dialer and Subwoofer and other big boy surfboards would be the thing for him.
Fill him in please.
Thanks.

Get a minimalibu surf board.. Is the latest trend in Bali for light wind Wave riding!
Can go almost the same as a Race Board but much more fun even in small waves and on shore wind..
When I tried the Nugget I tough it was OK but only if you have another 3-4 boards and not sure where to throw some more cash....
At 70 kilos I'm using a 7'0 and loving kite in light wind again!

Bali, thing is that if you want to do some light wind strapless freestyle then the mini malibu is not the thing. Hourses for courses.

OMG sorry what is light wind strapless freestyle? My Minimal is lighter then a Nugget and I'm training in all kind of figures: Tacks, spins, hang 5 etc.. And in any waves a Minimal is a 1000 times better then a Nugget that has very little scoop (very easy to pearl!)....
Any how what I'm saying is that if you have a minimal sitting in the garage give it a try or borrow one from friends or find one second hand for 100 US$ instead of spending a 1.000+ US$ for something that is not really necessary..
I had one for years that I never tough of using and now is the only board that I use under 15 knots!

Love the nugget. I have experience with north wam, stretch, axon, JLewis, and Amundsen. I love the amundsen for high winds...wam 6.0 is ok...north skinfish strapless with just back fins is fun, but needs lots of wind. Go figure on "skimfish"...a heavy board. The nugget is easy to travel with old NSI bag fits perfectly. Lively fun ride. Not used in real waves, but other reviewers covered that. This board allows bad kiters to look good. Me included.
