Hi, going to Rio for 2 weeks mid Nov. Planning to spend first and last w/end in Rio but go to 1 or 2 different places in the area for kiting during the weeks.
Want somewhere with a bit of life to it also.
Have heard of Buzios and the Araruama Lagoon - are they the best options?
Any idea of wind reliability and kite sizes?
What sort of prices for budget / mid-level accomodation for 2 people?
