Starting Sequence

What type of starting sequence is used for kite racing? The 3 minute dinghy starts or the standard 5 minute sequence?

We are starting some races and wanted to match what is used elsewhere. 3 minute dinghy starts are nice though so you don't have to be looking at your watch all the time.

at the Naish race series here they did 5 mins...but when we have our small local ones, we have decided to do 3 mins because we are not 50 people that needs to get out :-)
