Too often people like to report negative experiences - which is good to know & nice to avoid bad dealers & companies. I own a small business and know the value of good feedback from customers. I don't have any sponsorship or relationship to PKS or FMK.com but I'd like to give them a huge !!! Every experience I've had dealing with them has been excellent. They definitely believe in great customer service and proffesionalism. Whether buying a kite, some gear, or getting a repair or spare parts - they've always been great people to deal with. I'm sure there are other companies around that are also good. If you've had great experiences with a particular company you should give them the good vibes they deserve. These guys have definitely earned my respect and loyalty.
