Hi boys and girls, some friends of mine are considering going to a windsurfing clinic on Maui, September next year. I'd be interested in a kiteboarders clinic, or private tuition....
I would be interested in advanced waveriding. Freestyle waveriding, as well.
any suggestions for companies, persons, etc?
Regards, or6

I can't think of anyone to contact as I have not been in 2 years. If your friends are doing a Pritchard clinic ask Matt ,or contact shops Naish etc.

Lou Waiman and Patrick Mc does lessons through Action Sports I think.
If you are going to get lessons why not use some Gurus!

Lou wainman? Now that would be awesome. I'll get in touch with action sports. Thanks!
My friends are considering Levi Siver, never heard of him. But I haven't been on a poleboard in over twenty years.

Levi Siver is a windsurfer. Not a kiter.
I think, but she may be long gone, Erika Lindberg used to teach kiting. She has all the qualities you'd want in a kite instructor: blonde, hot, swedish or some sort of scandinavian, pretty, looks great in a bikini. Hell I would pay her just to talk to her!!!! And I think she knows how to ride waves.
But seriously, Pritchard Windsurfing is a top notch way to go for windsurfing. Matt has helped me several times & he is first class all the way. As far as kite instructors, you could go to the beach & throw a coconut & hit one:)

Thx John Doe. I am not really looking for kite instructions, I am an experienced wave kiter myself, just looking for a real pro that can point out my shortcomings, give me tips etc. Some instructors might be able to do just that, or maybe quite a few of them, but I would like to be sure it'd be a learning experience. Like taking a clinic by Mitu, for example. Or Top Hat...he could give me some styling lessons while he's at it

Will do, might take a long time, though.
