Here's another great example of Epic customer service VS Ozone's customer service:

When Ozone's bar fails, you get a new bar: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2380939

When you get 2 Epic bars side by side Epically failing every 12-15 sessions you get nothing but the same lame excuses as you're the only one with these problems and you're offered a replacement part (which will fail again after the same 12-15 sessions) at no cost, but the shipping expense... which... b.t.w. covers the actual cost of the part by at least 10 times!

This is truly EPIC!!!! Ain't it???? :jump: :thumb:

As I told you ten pages ago, I had a buddy with a cracked Ozone part, the same one in the linked picture.
He bought a new part and he is back riding happy as can be.
You've been offered a free replacement part, many times over.
I know you are holding out for a new bar, but you wore the buckle down, it did not crack or break, see the difference?
Jeeeezus, how much could mail to Quebec cost man???

You have got to be the biggest cry baby I have ever encountered in my life.

You're totally right and I am a cry baby. So smart of you to figure that much. But while being so smart why don't you enlighten me as to why do I have to keep buying the same stupid part again, again and again that me and my friends keep wearing out at a stupid rate, when all the other, similar parts that we've used before have lasted 2 full years without giving me any signs of trouble and got sold while still being fully functional? You see - this is a total mystery to me. I'm must getting too old and too stupid to comprehend something that simple.

And just so you know, when i've got a Naish bar to replace that piece of sh@t I regularly come to cry about here, I've also ordered a set of replacement depower rope. Because I know it will wear out eventually. But I also know it won't fail because the damn thing is faulty to begin with.

So, you've replaced this part over and over again....really?...this is news.
You and some person who has not identified himself, or more than one other guy, all in the same place, are wearing these parts out like crazy...wow ....the problem just keeps building!
Maybe there is something in the water.
Dimitri stated that 11 companies are using the exact same depower strap part.
For some reason (you reason out why) there is not a industry wide buzz going around about how this horrible buckle is failing all over the place.
I have some skater friends who blow through wheels ten times faster than other skaters....you know what they do?..they buy wheels when they wear them out.
Do you want a replacement part? or would you rather keep complaining?
I think the answer is obvious.

Damn! Yeh I made a fishing table once, with a sink and all, and no shit it looked exactly like something homer simpson built, wood and nails sticking out everywhere. Now when my mates come over we just sit, drink a beer and laugh at it. My wife tries not to degrade my manhood but she seems to outsource most jobs now! (And keep it clean fellas..lol).

....ps I remember when you and I earlier on where going on like pork chops to each other...when I read this with others fighting the word fight I think, 'jesus I must have sounded(read) like such a dickhead'.LOL :D

People are raving about the new (4G) XTEND BAR & CHICKEN LOOP. Once again we have been testing these bars for 18 to 21 months now and the "Plastic Buckle" of the DEPOWER STRAP has been working like a charm. Also lately we have been testing it with a "Metallic Buckle" to see the outcome. So far it's doing the same job then the plastic one.

P.S. By the way my tires on my TOYOTA wheels are wearing out. Should I continue driving the car with the emergency breaks on, or release the emergency breaks. Any one have had this problem before. Please advice. I have tried to contact several times the CEO of Toyota to explain my problem but no answer.

Man, you must be the biggest dumbass on this forum!
I was able to retire at the age of 46 and to live a life you are dreaming about.
And since Brazilian beer is not really my "cup of tea", I brew my own beer here as a hobby. I never sold a bottle but I regularly share a glass with friends who are impressed with 'her' taste.

Oldnbroken wrote: I sold my S10 LTD kite because it was redundant, too many good kites in the middle range.
My 2011 Renegade 11M was/is still working nicely, next to a 2012 Evo 11M.
My 3G S10 ran beautifully, I knew it was totally right after fifteen minutes in the air, and it ran perfectly when I sold it.
I don't keep kites until they are thrashed, and I rarely lose a dime when I sell one, the S10 included.
Got two new 2012 Blade Prime C kites after that, to try them out, got one in a trade for a surfboard.
Lots of great kites in my magic shed!
In fact, the last North kite I bought and sold (in December) a 2012 Rebel 14M, I made $240 profit on it.
I bought two used North bars to use with that kite for $150 for the pair...sold one for $149 and one for $180.
So my Rebel 14M experiment this winter told me everything I wanted to know about that kite and made a profit of $420, which almost paid for my used Zephyr complete at $450, and I put the original money right back in my Paypal.
So, not only do I know my gear, I also know how to get it, use it and sell it, and not take a beating.
All this with a sixth grade edumacation.
Wow, so you are a second hand kite dealer and even remember by the $ how much profit you made?! Cool. I am very impressed!
