Flying to Rio with kite gear in mid-Nov for 2 weeks. First and last w/end in Rio. Is it worth paying for another flight down to Florianopolis or will Cabo Frio + Buzios be pretty decent - from a kiting (wind) and party point of view?

(I know that the north-east is best for wind but have been before and want to try somewhere else).
