Just preordered the Airstyle DVD

Postby Chickenwing504 » Thu Oct 18, 2012 10:34 pm

Toby, I have a few questions. I just ordered the DVD with shirt. Is the shirt shipping with the DVD, or before to possibly get the word out before the DVD is out? I'm a fan of the "Jesus walk" and was wondering if you by any chance did a variation to it by walking backwards like a moon walk? Also, congrats on 602!

Thanks a lot! Glad you think so, and I hope it will meet your expectation!

Today was a great day, since I landed my hardest trick on the DVD: a four time spin Kick Flip!
And also a King Kick Flip!

We now have 605 tricks, 33 on the to do list and 8 more days for filming tricks!
Half of it are slides...and hopefully from Monday on I have few days with the perfect flat water I need for it !

Toby, Just wondering if you will have a downloadable option vs. the disc. Or will you be in Mui Ne again this season that I could pick one up. I find I just dont use discs anymore, they scratch, gotta keep track of em, etc. I'll be the first to preorder the download copy. Its greener also :cool2:

Hi Toby,

Congrats on the great idea and all the hard work.
I pre-ordered my copy quite a few months ago and looking forward to receiving, and mostly viewing it.

I was wondering, with the number of trick skyrocketing, how much time (and attention) will be put on explaining (teaching) them? Or is this not in the scope of the project? Is it going to be more of a collection of tricks (kind of a show)? or a HOW TO that we can use to learn tricks (to me, more interesting).
If the later is the case, I'm somewhat concerned about quantity over quality.
I hope to see clear and detailed explanation of at least the "building blocks"/main moves, of Airstyle. To me, this has much more value than seeing an extra 200 variations and combination of these main moves.

In either case, I'm happy to support the project.
Cheers,
Attila
