Brilliant, that is one good windsurfer, he must know the kite surfer well to allow him to boost right in front of him and then he passes underneath! Good stuff! Very different.

The way it supposed to. We all get along. We use wind power in the same way just with diff gear.
Too bad some polesurfers still think we are punks and evil dangerous mf's from hell. Funny, since we used to be best buds when I was windsurfing.
But, I love the fact that we can still enjoy what we do, together at one (only one) spot (local riders know )

I think in my area we get along pretty well with the poledancers. Of course, I dont try to boost over their gear, but I will come right up beside them and chat as we cruise. This one guy is always there, and we have a special arrangement where we are always messing with each other. I will try to catch him on a long reach, and sneak up behind him and scare the bejesus out of him by yelling and laughing maniacally when I get about 5 feet behind him on his blind side. Sometimes he will downwind in front of me from my blind side and force me to boost out of his way.

really like this one as well, always gives me such a good feeling. I really don't get why some of the windsurfers don't like the kiteboarders (and the other way around).
