How is kitesurfing treating you? is it making you stronger is it wearing you out? if its wearing you out. What parts are getting worn because of kiting?
What else do you do to condition your body for kiting... if anything.
I am no longer as rubbery as i once was and have to accept the fact that i'm not 10 foot tall and bullet proof anymore.

Hey fellow Aussie. Yep feeling it to man. But riding mutants takes more out of ya than going up and back on the occasional wave on a SB. Ha ha.
Mate, stretch every night, and morning. Nice, slow and it shouldn't hurt. ( that's what she said Joke possibly),
Also squats, push ups, sit-ups and more importantly than all of that, the plank for your core. Develop a routine and stick to it. Keeps me in the game, but yeh it is getting harder. 40 yr old trying to kite like a 30 yr old does its damage,!

I'm 49 and if anything kitesurfing keeps my body going. When I have a spell off I start seizing up. In fact this year I qualified to compete in the world speed championships, tell me another sport that you could compete at such a high level at 49? Loving it

Keep moving always! Kiting is great exercise for body and mind.
Learn some moderation as you age - but try to do some exercise for most parts of body. I do situps, stretches, some weights, walk now that can't jog, exercises for arms/shoulders, etc.
I'm 74.
