Can't see any good reason wht one would adjust the bar throw more than once...
I am not sure but i think they have a stopper ball as an option. You can buy it seperatly.

Finally here is a small vid on the UNI bar!

I have used the Unibar for many sessions now, with a new 9m triggger and the 2012 12m trigger, fat lady. Its a sweet set up! The 2012 kites fly super tight and turn fast. Not missing the strap sheeter at all or that bulge at the center of the old bar. Its amazing how a little rectagular shaping brings the comfort and control levels up. Blade builds a kick ass kite, this new bar lets you feel that power in a manner that is truley outstanding. I like how the leash pulls the slack out of the mini 5th. Keeps the sheeting area organized. The center line spreader is rotating smoothly and looping is funner. A big hats off to the one came up with the flying line. Those center lines are beefy as heck and they all interact beautifully, easy to unwind when you set up and a lot less prone to tangles than symetrcal line sets IMO. The long stiff dick is rock solid and you stay totally connected.
I really like the Unibar the the thing feels like a fformula race car wheel in your hands....you just have to push that proggression harder when you are riding!

The Unibar is being used by riders with other brands of 4-line kites with great success.
Most note worthy is the Cloud.
The shorter throw needed is easy to dial in with this bar.

It made my 2012 12m Trigger feel even better than before,
super tight and responsive.
The shape sure is easy on the hands and upper arms,
you can just focus on the free ride experience

My review of the 2013 Blade Unibar.

Overall I'm happy with the bar, but it's not perfect.

Pros:
- top quality construction
- best depower system I've used
- excellent swivel

Cons:
- grip texture causes blisters
- line colours are way too hard to tell apart, especially in the water
- floaters fall off too easily when you adjust the bar length

I like to ride with my thumbs on the same side of the bar as my fingers and the texture of the bar is really hard on them. If I ride for long enough my palms can develop blisters too. See attached pic.

Yesterday I had my first wrapped control bar after a crash with this bar. I'm not sure what exactly was causing the wrap but I think it might have had something to do with the depower rope. I started to get slowly death looped and after about 3 loops I decided to just hit my primary safety as I was in waist deep water. After releasing to my leash the bar stayed wrapped high on the lines for another 2 or 3 death loops while dragging me by my leash. Finally the bar did go up and the kite came to a rest though. The lines were a total rats nest after that though and I was unable to recover without going back to the beach and detaching and re-running my lines.

I found that the swivel does not untwist reliably. I kite loop often, so it is a real drag to have central lines twisted all the time. I tried my friend's bar - exactly the same result, so it's not just mine. Did anyone find how to deal with it?

i don´t do to may kiteloops (waves) buti i doo, I don´t have that issue , but every time i use the bar, before go into the water, i twist the swivel with my hands to release any sand that can be inside. sometimes it seems that is clean but it´s not. try to wash-it well to remove all the sand.

equal / even centerline tension is very important for delivering optimal swivel performance in these types of swivel. i agree, none of them actually work anyway. but they work the best they can when centerlines are as exact as possible.
