Way to go PMU!

You've stuck with the 7-8 number! The "below 8" was really far off reality, while "below 7-8" is still not correct but at least it's closer. Nice work.

So I am a prick for not buying into the biggest line of BS I have ever heard about a LEI inflatable kite taking some guy upwind in 2-4 knots when virtually no other LEI kite on the market will fly in these winds. Well if that is the choice I have then id rather be a prick than a mug. Nice try sock puppet, but you are going to have to try alot harder than that.

Guys please, lets all not lower ourselves to SupaEgo's level

UKSurf, I was there that day, call me a liar if you wish but we all saw what we saw..end of (to us at least).
Maybe it was "special" conditions etc etc but whatever it was those measurements on the meters we had there and I've been kiting long enough to know there was barely any wind at all.

But who cares, I'm not gonna change yours or anyone else's minds once set.

Toby it's surely time to pull this thread with personal stuff like SupaEgo has posted?

You must have felt like one of the disciples sitting on the shore of Lake Galilee. Well atleast the kite was designed in that part of the world

Well, actually, that claim has been DEBUNKED. A knowledgeable local said the wind meters were low and in a wind shadow. In addition, he said there was significant WIND GRADIENT, with wind measured accurately on a building at 8-10 knots.

....Personally I like your kites, I just don't like the approach as much. That's great you are getting people stoked at how well the kite can fly in such light conditions, but the reality is it was more than 2-4 knots. Maybe it was that light during a lull on the water and that's why you dropped the kite in the water, but there was a steady breeze.
As for the gentleman with the 21 meter foil, he was inexperienced and could barely fly that kite in 8-10 mph on a different day.
Hello Paoloe or should I call you Mr.PVITfrumBYRAM? I wish I knew who I am talking to. You said on your post above that you like my kites but don't like the approach as much!!! What do you mean by that?
I remember that day Chris Moor who is the manager of theKitty Hawk Kites store and probably your boss …. Are you Paulo the one who works and teaches at KHK on RRD!!!

Despite the claimed performance in "2-4" or "3-6k", quite clearly, the Epic Infinity cannot perform on a SUP until >10mph (9k). This has been confirmed by reliable objective observers and wind speed measurements.
