Good question, as long as head is turned in a normal fashion at 30 degrees to each side and looking ahead, no spray goes in.
But if the head is turned way to either side, yes water will shoot in.
In my experience and others using the seagoggs, you will find confident in keeping eyes open and looking ahead. No need to snap the face side ways as some would if had no protection.
Normal cursing forward and scoping the water ahead is never a problem.

Hiya,
What seagoggs?
Swap to those which don't fog and where you don't get any spray into your eyes at any angle.
Before I tell you what I wear (and 30 different opinions will come after me), do a forum search. There are plenty of postings and goggles to choose from.
Cheers
