Can someone tell me the ACTUAL length of bar on Dynabar?

I am buying one never having seen one. Ads say 11 inch or 13 inch - but is the size for just the bar or the pad from one end to the other?

Using it on Nitrous shorts - currently using fixed bar which is about 11 inches but about 13 inches of pad.
