I just purchased the GoPro Hero 3 (silver edition) and the first time I took it out was in 72 degree weather and the housing case around the lens fogged up. This was supposed to be a big selling point of the new GP that there would no longer be fogging. The lens now slides into its own separate water tight housing unit inside the master case.

I called GP and they said to return it because it is faulty. I wanted to know if anyone else has the new GP 3 and if you experienced similar issues.
