I heard all Banco24 ATMs are closed for foreigners (at least in the Cumbuco area incl. Tabuba and Icarai) due to someone copying the info. Looks like one of their service workers copied the info. Keep checking your account if they stole money from you.

Maybe it was just the ATM in Cumbuco at the bakery. We don't know.

Therefore they stopped any payments on foreign cards.

If you need money, you can still get it at Banco do Brasil or Bradesco.

Closest ones to Cumbuco are the ones in Caucaia or Fortaleza.

If anyone knows about other cities like Paracuru, would be good to know if you have the same problem.
