If you are thinking of using the 2010 double chamber tubing to put the power line through one chamber and the flagging line through the other, the diameter of the double tubing is 14mm.

The 2009 powerline was inside a single tube and its diameter was 9mm. The 2009 IDS line with polythene cover (which goes through the bar beside the 9mm tubing) is 4mm diameter.
